What 3 gauges would you recommend for a H/C/I with full bolt ons?

It depends on what you need to keep an eye on...like forced induction & nitrous guys usually will have gauges like boost, fuel pressure, a/f wideband, nitrous pressure gauges. I only have oil temp, vacuum, and cylinder head temp gauges.

I'm thinking oil pressure, wideband, and one more and it's not forced induction

engine vacuum. basically, its how hard your engine in pulling on the air behind your throttle plate.

that vacuum runs a lot of you accessories (like power brakes)

a vacuum gauge can also tell you when something is wrong.

well, if your vaccum gauge is reading "off" or if it is boucing around it can be alot of things.

loose fitting, intake leak, collapsed lifter, bent valve, etc.

really, it just helps you narrow things down in the event something happens

The vacuum gauge can help diagnose several engine problems like intake/vacuum leaks, burned or sticking valves, worn valve guides, bad rings, weak valve springs, possible clogged exhaust system and more.

read at a different vacuum level (from normal), or bounce around.

Depends on a ton of things.

Have you tried a search? And I don't mean on this forum, but a Google search? These are some pretty basic questions you can probably have answered quickly and easily.
