Default a pillar trim

I got some a-pillar trim out of a 2001 camaro, guy told me it would fit my 1995. Doesnt seem to fit at all. Is he wrong or should I keep working on this?

It wont work the dashes are different.

Well that sucks. I bought a complete set of ebony (except dash)today to replace my dark gray in my 95 z28. I have the entire car done and still have gray a-pillars. Wonder if i can dye them, and if so prob shouldve just dyed the rest of it since it fit together a lot better with the original anyways.

They are different. You can scuff your a pillars and spray them with duplicolor vinyl and fabric black. It bonds pretty good to our interior plastics.

Ya I ended up painting all of my trim black with the duplicator paint. Now i have an entire set of ebony to sell and hopefully get most of my money back. OH well you learn by mistakes.
