it is when you are trying to finish yours and she sees something i did and wants it done to hers. Then add in my son..... So imagine the mod bug X3. I have had zero time to really do anything with working on jobsites 16-18 hrs a day. Been that way for over a month and a half. Never a dull moment around here thats for sure.

Ready to go in the car tomorrow. Few things to finish up like mounting the Nitrous solenoids and cut and fit the plug wires and swap out the coil overs. Goal is to drive it Monday.

Thanks. Yeah should be able to video it too. Wife came home with a gopro today. She said now I can mount it on the car and have some fun. That made my day.

It's a mcleod sfi bellhousing and motor plate. I don't think the clutch could come through it if it blew. It is really thick and man it weighs a ton. Has a crapload of bolts to hold it all together. Very high quality piece with a hearty price tag to match. Cheap insurance though for my feet.
The car will be out and about soon. Got to get break in done after i get it in and then change the oil. Give me a reason to head out your way bizerk. Then once I'm done with mine we can get to yanking your engine out and over to Clayton.

I will come up with a reason closer to the weekend. We can take it out when you are ready, I know your working a lot and probably want to see your family a bit, but I know it would be good b4 the good weather xperies... I want to hear your reaper roar!

Thanks guys. Slept fine. Been over a year getting to this point so what's one more night.
The spark plug wires are just cut to fit Taylor wires. Save your self Som money, buy the regular 90 degree small block Chevy ones, then just buy the opti boots. If you order the lt1 specific kit it costs way more.
The solenoids behind the intake is just personal preference. They are mounted on a bracket I made up and easily removed and you can swing it to the side to access them. I'm not a fan of lines shooting all over and have the look at me look. I was going to the POP the hood, know its an lt1 but what is different about it. Since I take all three of our lt1 cars to car shows and they are parked next to eachother, it should be interesting to see people comparing them.
