anybody bought one from this guy on ebay? this is a killer deal and was just wondering.

That looks like a bare-bones kit. If you're good with a welder it might be a deal, but it looks like a good bit of work.

That's the cheapest kit I have ever seen. Cheap and turbo don't mix very well. I would bet that turbo sucks the pipping sucks. Just buy a used sys kit for 1000 more and don't look back

Would a t3/t4 turbo even be able to make boost on an LT1 or LS1?

Makes me want to throw 10 feet of 3" exhaust tubing and a cheap chinese turbo on ebay to make an easy buck.

I messaged the guy and he said $800 without the turbo. Asked for more pictures to see what it all comes with, might buy it if all I would need is a turbo.
