A good chassis ground is the stud that the lower part of the dash attaches to.

Michigan is a "no fault" state. You have to pay your deductable, regardless of who caused the accident. I would have to take her to court to get my deductable back, which would never happen because she was some broke girl from Detroit. Car was a hoopty.

Oh well, I will go home and check it out and see what I find.

the shift light will hook up to the tach wire output from the MSD.....it runs off the same signal a tach will.........also yes ground is very important to the MSD boxes they NEED good voltage or they will operate weak regardless of what MSD's instrctions say.......find a good ground..... <.3OHM to bat -......i ran cabling straight from my battery for my MSD so i get the full 14.6 Volts at the MSD at all times.....

Guess you need to figure out if the cost justifies the means.

Call your insurance company, if someone rear ended you they will end up paying your deductible since it is automatically their fault.

I will check the damage when I get home, I didn't even think to bother checking the driveline. And I was in the middle of Woodward in rush hour traffic. I have an IRS audit at work today, so I had to make it in, and honestly didn't have the time to sit there and wait for the police.

If the IRS wasn't at my office today, I would already be down in Kentucky right now. I put in for today off, and then found out the IRS meanies were coming in.

Speaking of msd box i installed mine couple days ago. Yesterday I hear a ticking noise coming out of my cars engine bay. I open the hood n I can see spark coming off my 5th spark plug wire n hitting my header...i guess that xtra spak the msd provides narrowed down that the wire crap.

^^ sounds like your bringing everything. I realized once I got here that I forgot my helmet. I don't think I'm going to race anyways unless I get some last minute tuning. Its a complete dog right now

Best luck to all. My spiritual loins are with each and every one. I expect great results from those who've been the most mouthy about their setups.
