Thats what Justin from GM High tech has always said about this race, the people are the ones who make it such an awesome event.

I have a 4 runner, book says towing capacity is 5000lbs has trailer brake hook up and all but if you punch in just the stats in the U-haul site, on what your car is, not what you are towing, all of the trailers come out from a car hauler, dolly, and even a small trailer with a motorcycle and it says not recommended. So that's all they do and they kept telling me they wouldn't rent me one. I ended up driving all the way up to Waco and borrowed a trailer from a friend of mine.

I already pulled it back from the shop in Killeen (App 150 miles) with no problems, Your truck should do fine, I just take it easy from a stop and manually shift it. The book says not to lug the engine and choose the proper gear..

Well got my car tuned and went out to put some miles on it. Ran into a newer ws6 I lightly pushed the throttle in from a dig, at about 30 I floored it. I ended up twisting my y pipe in half. So now I got to fix this issue before the shootout. I thought it was funny at the time but my wife in the passanger seat freaked out when the car started making a diffrent noise from the pipe breaking.

I need a new dyno tune or my car isn't going to make it. I found a vacuum leak that must of been there when it was tuned because it's running really rich since I fixed it. My air/fuel is around 11.5-12.5 on the highway and it's killing my gas mileage. I went through 3/4 tank of gas in 65 miles. I really wish I took the time to learn how to use my Tuner C.A.T.S so I can do this myself.

Looks like I won't be making it either. Now if I can tow it w/ a 3.5 colorado I'll bring it up just for the car show as that's all I was entering into this yr anyways. Having troubles w/ crank trigger and tdc...at the point I'm bout to part out a perfectly brand new engine, blower IC, fuel sys setup and just go C5z or C6z even after owning this car for 15yrs.

You should tell those who go ballistic when they get double bulbed and start flipping off their competition to take a shot of Demerol.
