Default numbers, again.
Well, after my H/C swap i did a mail order tune with Ion a.k.a(madtuner) went to the dyno and did 353hp. Did a EWP and bigger injectors and my peak power went to 364hp. But in my mid-rang i gain 30+hp. Peaple say that an EWP will get you any where from 8-10hp, but couldn't of my 10hp peak just come from a dyno tune?

It's impossible to quantify your gains. You never know - your initial tune may have been way off.

your telling me, He said my A/F was at 18 at idle, 16 while driving and 12 at WOT

Your A/F at idle and driving should be stoich at 14.7 or fluctuating slightly up and down with a bigger cam and overlap.

Does that graph have AF ratio somewhere im not seeing?
Every mail order tunes I have ever seen have been very safe, the best thing IMO other than a dyno tune is a data log tune with real world loads and driving... usally cheaper than an mail order as well.
