Default Forced Induction or a Stroker with nitrous?

Just thinking about it earlier... would you rather do a Forced induction setup, or a big cube setup with nitrous? I think I'd go for the normally aspirated choice... let's hear you guys' opinions.

I know plenty of guys would say both, so would I... but let's pretend you only have the money for one... which would you choose?

It costs more to run a blown setup, but you can make some sick numbers with a big turbo!

I'm all about a Turbo 355. That was my plan actually until my stock shortblock crapped compression on two pistons. Now it's just going to be a paltry 355 with a nasty custom cam.

I have a 396 Stroker w/200HP direct port NOS (although it isn't completely installed yet) in my 94 Z28. It ran 11.52 its first time at the track naturally aspirated, but I need a cage and bullet-proof rear before I spray it. In the summer, it's my daily driver, but at 8mpg, it hurts. I like the torque of the stroker; I can light up the tires in any gear at will which gives it a definite "wow factor".

Are we looking at a Daily Driver or a All out race setup?? or are we just looking? Big cube set-ups with nos can be wicked!!! But on the other hand A BIG Turbo on a 8:1 comp. small block can be just as wicked and lighter too.

JPSartre12 I would like to see the dyno run on that beasty set up. I bet with good traction you could get in the high 9's-low 10's.

What'd you have to do to run that shot? Are you tuned for it?

Im in for more displacement and NA w/ solid roller cam, and high flowing heads. Seems like more of a challenge then forcing air, Although, I am into the squeeze when I cant reach the numbers I want on the track. Done the Turbo route and blew my motor on 12 psi. On top of that it was just too much of a hassle to find room for it and at the same it was hard to drain the oil from the turbo. It screamed on 12psi until it blew up. Story was that I wasnt Intentually trying to run 12 psi, I had my wastegate set at 6-7psi and someone had closed my wastegate completely . Before I knew it, It didnt last 1 pass on 12 psi. I blew the head gasket and fried the piston rings.
