I'm not going to say someone has not do that, but.... The factory service manual Is 2 books and a total of about 3000 pages. Maybe more or less. They would have to spend weeks or even months scanning on a flatbed scanner or cut the book apart and scan each page very careful since the pages are as thin or even thinner then rolling papers. You can usually find them used on Amazon or Ebay. If you have something specific you are looking for Someone may be able to get you that page or a diagram?

Parts manual, yes. Service manual, no.

As mentioned the service manuals are MASSIVE. It's probably several gigs worth of information and would take forever to compile like jaycenk mentioned. IMO, it's worth buying the actual book.
