Default WTB Used LT1 Heads

Looking for a set of used Factory LT1 (aluminum) heads at a fair price.

They will be going on a 96 Z.

Let me know what you got. I'm located in Colorado.

Thanks.

I have at least 2 sets in the garage. I know one set are casting #10207643.

The heads are assembled with valves / springs / retainers and locks. In great shape, directly off a running Z28.

What do you think about $150 + shipping (from Seattle area)?

Sorry bud...hopefully the internet world wont fall apart because I did this.

If this offended anyone in anyway...I'm truly sorry that you had to go through this. Please accept my most sincere apology.

I did not mean to upset anyone by just looking for a set of LT1 heads.

May god have mercy on my soul.

This affirms you have no class (as if ignoring the sticky already didn't). Take it up with the moderators, "bud". They made the rules.

I said I was sorry...why are you catching internet feelings on me?

Anyway...

I'm sure you have already reported this thread to the moderators so...I'm not worried about "taking it up" with anyone.

I know deep down you wish you could be a moderator but for now... you will just have to settle on telling people "the rules". Maybe someday you will get promoted.

That was no apology-just sarcasm, but whatever. I just get fed up with people that think they are special and the rules do not apply to them. I'm probably too regimented to be considered for a moderator, LOL.

I guess I don't spend enough time on message boards to take is personal. Some people (not saying you...ok maybe I am) spend way too much time on these boards and eventually it's a way of life for them (or you...maybe).

And you are right...it was sarcasm. But seriuously...why does it bother you so much? I need to get a hold of some LT1 heads and so I posted up asking the guy's who most likely have them. Is that so offensive to you? I have already had a ton of PM's from guy's who have heads that they want to unload.

I just don't see the need to get so bent out of shape over it.

And the other guy with his thing. Got love the the internet...too funny (ok not really).

I just like people to respect their internet peers (which was the intent of the forum creators). I'll chill. No need for rebuttal.

BTW, your WTB thread is getting lots of attention, now, LOL. You should be thanking me.

No rebuttal here...this thread will be locked up soon anyway.

Next time you can shoot me a PM when you want to hate on me! J/K.

BTW...I like your tech page. Lot's of good info. I'm gonna pass it along to my buddy who is building a 96 Z. He's the one I'm tracking the heads down for.

The mods may as well make the LT1 section into a for sale section as well. People just can't read and/or do not care about rules and think they are special. I totally get it, trust me. A lot more LT1 traffic is on the LT1 section and you probably have a better chance of selling or buying something on here. Problem is, it clutters this place up and is not appreciated by members on here other than the ones benefitting from it. It's just common courtesy. No one is trying to be a dick to you (myself included). Just try and follow the rules on here man.

Another offended LT1 resident speaks in mind.

But of course he needs to be heard...and offer his insight...so I will listen.

I'm really sorry for "cluttering" up the section. And I never accused anyone of being a "dick" (accept maybe you...no just kidding...calm down).

Internet drama...
