If you get it for under 1k I'd say go for it.
Couple years ago I bought a formula with 76k on it for 1200. Everything was in great condition but it have frame damage. Made most of the money back on it and kept the motor and trans for my swap.
Would be awesome to see a gutted car hit high twelves almost stock. Maybe some spray.

If you got the extra cash go for it. I also think you should be able to hit 12s if you can drive. Hell my car went 13.3 Stock, full weight on a Nitto DR
