Pacesetter offroad Headers worth it?

GM thought it was a great idea to have coolant run through the throttle body to keep the blades from freezing in the winter. Hm ever heard of the blades freezing on any car or a carb? It stops the hot coolant from running through the TB and heating up the intake temps.

I was gonna do a tb bypass but just ran out of time, I finished today and it stared up and I dot believe its misfiring but I ran into a major problem the alternator won't charge the battery!! Any suggestions? I'm gonna run up to autozone tmrw to har then tested, I can't figure anything else, there is a sensor plug that is hanging behind alternator but i can't figure out what it goes to and Idk if it's important, I am definitely going to put the y pipe on and get a light glass pack because she is a loud beast.

I apologize I did miss one plug the guys at the shop found it haha we are good to go now, I went ahead and bought a new battery anyway, unfortunately the ding dong at the exhaust shop (I was getting them to put the y pipe and glass pack on) put the glass pack on backwards but they'll fix it for free I gotta take it back tOmorrow
