Got the car to start up. I didn't do much if anything, after a few tries I got it to start up. It idled after I revved it a bit, rough but it was idling. I can rev it higher than 3000 rpms, up to 5000 rpms at least, but its very rough it sounds a lot different than when it was running well. It seems to be missing as well. I was planning to use my multimeter to test some sensors but it got dark out. I flashed the pcm for codes but there are no codes.
So at this point its something that doesn't change whether its in closed or open loop. I don't know why, but I keep thinking its the plugs, even though they are new I feel like they may be faulty or somehow got damaged.
Is a bad sensor always going to throw a code like a low voltage code? Or is it a hit or miss kind of ordeal?

Do you know how to read a plug?

KISS= keep it simple bro
always check the easy stuff first ALWAYS!

NOW check every fuse in the car with a test light.
Visually check plug wires and Coil wire. Look for white marks around boots or on the wire itself. If you find a spot and question it. Turn it so it can be seen while running and spray water on it. Or get it nice and dark and see if the spark if jumping.

Pull plugs and look them over for cracks. What do the tips look like oil,gas soaked carbon?

Ever check your intake track to male sure it clear? What does the air filter look like?

With a multimeter ohm the temp sensor in the water pump. Easy to do off car. Check shobox site for the different resistances vs temp.
You would be surprised how shift a 93 will run if that is no good
