Default Loose flange or???

When my car revs above 3k rpm, it sounds like i have some kind of loose sheet metal vibrating around the bellhousing. Its very noticable. Its not breaking up at all, but the sound is distinct.

Any ideas of what this may be?

Put the car up on jackstands, have someone rev it, get under there and listen!
