just replaced opti and coil, now at about 5500 rpms it will stall for a split second, then pick up again, and the ses light will come on, and stay on until key is turned off and when restarted it will do it again. but it only does it once, and i have no clue what it could be, has anybody ever had this happen?????????

so after running codes its a high resolution fault, but its a brand new msd opti, msd said it was bad but is there any way to test and tell that it is the problem

Those issues indicate the optical sensor failure, even msd told you that and you don't believe them? Sounds like its loosing spark for that time.
