Default Pulling T56 for rebuild..Pull everything or leave bell housing

Laying on the floor and muscling the the trans out for a second gear rebuild among a refreshing of things. Is it easier to pull the whole mess or just pull the trans/gear box? Plus, does anybody have any good extra used 2nd gear synchros they want to sell??

Take the tranny out leaving the bell housing attached to the motor.
Not sure you can even get to the upper BH bolts with the tranny still on.

Yeah its easier to just leave the bellhousing on, I did it the way where you take the bellhousing off too, it was just a pain in the ***, so I did it this way. I did it by myself too! Just make sure you slave is disconnected!

Make sure to remove the slave cylinder and slide the fork off or you'll be fighting it all day.
