Yeah, may be a Tq on the allen part of the polylock but factory stuff can be tightened never achieving any tq and collapse the lifter or hang a valve open.

LT1s do not have a torque spec. They are adjusted to zero lash then set to whatever spec is needed depending on lifter/rockers/personal preference. Info can be found on Shoebox's website on how to adjust them properly.

I gotcha, I have never used a torque spec for my polylocks either, I just tighten the allen, and then give the allen and bolt head about an 1/8th of a turn together, it works like a champ.

Look up SLP's 330 for LT1's on Google. Basically it is a CAI, airfoil, exhaust and a set of and 1.6 roller rockers. Read the article it's actually pretty good, they state that roller rockers can be used with stock springs. They do recommend the spring upgrade if the motor has more than 100k on it.

good god........theres another thread going on about how to lash your HR cam valves........go look in the LT1 section its there and will answer your question..........you dont just "torque" your rocker arms on lol
