I bought this car last spring.... Had the car tuned by a well known tuner in Michigan that works for a reputable shop on 93 and I'm not pleased with the results to say the least, partly due to the fact I think the static C.R. is too high. Don't really want to put the car back on 110, because of the price and the car is street driven. Was wondering what you guys thought about putting the car on e85? Been hearing good things about it, just don't know anything about it. What size injectors would I need. The mods are in the link above.

what sucks though, is dealing with having to find a gas station that carries it, and the reduced mileage..... it makes going on cruises a bitch.

QUOTE=05HD;16171758]It was running 110 octane to go 114 in the 1/4 (on motor) when you bought it?[/QUOTE]
No the car was not running on 110, it was running on 100 octane. And yes i'm in the process of getting a converter for it, the one thats in it is slipping pretty bad. That's why the car doesn't trap any M.P.H. And have no accessibility issues. I live in an area that has tons of pump 5 miles from my house. My dilemma is finding someone to tune it... And i got off the phone last night with a guy that tunes for a living he said get a 60lb siemens injector.

Hey i didn't say they were right..... you know as well as i do that some tuners are real f-in idiots. Some only want to run stock pressures.. and he still is running the LT stuff.
so its either find a tuner that will do it the way you tell him to, or deal with the tuner you can get....well there is another option but most tend to steer clear.

Well unfortunately I don't have anyone to tune the car right now... There's a shitty shop around my house that is decent with LS stuff but they've butchered numerous LT cars that have went in their to get tuned. I've tried to get ahold of Speed Inc a couple of times but they haven't gotten back with me yet. A set of 60lb injectors are going to get ordered this week hopefully.
I've been told by a few people to get a 60lb injector so that's probably what i'll end up getting.
