100% back together only somethigns not 100%
I can't get it to stay running.
Fuel pressure I can't adjust under 60PSi either. Guess I need a new regulator I'll order one up.

But.. stll don't know why I can't keep it running even with my foot in it it dies pretty quickly. Any ideas?

Here's a video:

Nothing to do with your other issues, but how long did it sit without being turned over? Might want to put a new set of springs in it.

IT RUNS!
IT IDLES WITH THE IAC!

Yesterday I just forgot to plug in the biggest vacum line on the dirvers side for the brake booster. That was it. Everything seems perfect.

Now, the $1,000,000 question is why is my fuel pressure 60-70 PSI? Broken regulator, or did the tuner do that on purpose? I guess I need to go for a data-logging drive? Or is that too risky with 60PSI fuel pressure? I think it's supposed to be stock around 40PSI.

In this pic from yesterday you can see the missing line on the right side of the intake LOL:

Ok should I risk a datalog today with the high fuel pressure or let it sit until I get a new regulator?

Turned in it is 80-90 PSI, turned out it is 60PSI! Shouldn't it be like 42 PSI?

I want to drive this thing! But I guess I should wait for the new regulator?

I will check the return line maybe its pinched? Or is that all regulator making the pressure?

ok another update. I took my brand new hypertech guage off the car and it's reading 20psi with 0 hooked up to it.

So does that mean its reading 20 psi high everywhere? That would make sense and make my 60PSI really 40 PSI. what do you guys think?

Should I drive it?

It runs WORSE then it did before! LOL.
DTC 16 42 and 51
51 seems like it's from the flash I did to get rid of EGR... I'll contact tunercat and see what they say.
16 and 42 point to opti or opti harness. Never had those before either, wonder why now? I will check connections tomorrow and drive again.
It runs like crap though, it ran better before I "fixed" it. Hopefully I find another bonhead mistake like mixed up wires or something
It's really missing and chugging badly and stalls out randomly.
I guess I don't need drag tires just yet

The file is here if anyone can help shed some light. This was just driving around the block it was too bad to take onto the highway.

Ok I had wires crossed and some not plugged into the opti. I got ramps from a friend and as soon as I could see under the car it was obvious.

I also fixed a portion of melted o2 wiring and re-flashed the PCM. I think it's fixed!

Happy Mother's Day! We all loaded up in the Camaro and Mom held the laptop and we went for a cruise. Kids in the back seat said "this car is tickly" heheh.

It feels good, a lot smoother.

WOT is around cel 8470

LTrims are even driving, but one side is higher at idle. No idea what that means

I'm 99% sure it's ok but 1% of me is thinking - what if I have one cylinder missing still, I can't really tell since its so loud and the cam is bumpy. LOL!

I'll have to wait until it cools off, then idle it and do the spray bottle test as it heats up. Right now they are all steaming off is that good enough?

What do you guys think? Datalog look good?
