That is unported. Plenty of ported ones making more I know of several ported stock intakes with no welding or anything making in the 500+rwhp range NA
So the 450hp number I might call unported at the wheels it will work.

OK, smart guys. I will be running LT4's at the LTX Shootout this year. I will run any ported stock LT1 head car heads-up during MOD N/A time trials. My $100.00 against your $1.00. You can have any cubic inches (must be a production block). You must fit the MOD N/A rules.

At one point you said you spend as much blueprinting stock heads as the rest of us do having them ported.
The class you choose to race in makes things REALLY difficult and the knowledge gained by such pursuits is sure to make you capable of defeating almost any one of the rest of us BUT that is YOU. I would love to see someone try both sets on the same engine, same car that would be more of a test of the heads. Then again when folks have swapped heads on the same car people don't like those results even.
