I read somewhere that some of the LT1 cars were geared to reach 255mph but obvious that I dont have enough power. By any chance does anyone know what rear end ratio is in my car?
Yes a Go Pro motorsports!

LS1 Driveshaft is perfectly fine and will bolt right in, reduce high speed vibration and aftermarket isn't needed unless launching hard. Also, QA1 shocks are more of a drag/street shock, not a road racing handling shock like a Koni. If getting shocks for high speed handling why would you not get some of the best available? Honestly if you want some great info about setting up your car for sustained high speed use, visit frrax.com. There are many guys on there with years of Open Road race and SCCA/NASA/CMC/AI experience that can give you experienced advice about setting up an Fbody for high speed use.

Good advice. The guys who use them for circle track racing are the best to talk to, since they run cars like that for hours under extremely harsh high-speed conditions.

Yeah let's go with a drag oriented suspension setup that would be a huge step back compared to the stock suspension, and considering how bad the stock shocks are that's pretty hard to do.

Soon im going to post a video of the car at top/high speed and the visuals of the car. Ive decided to mount a camera on the roof in the inside of the car getting enough visual of the open road, me shifting, speedo, GPS. BTW you know us germans like to save weight, how would a carbon fiber drive shaft handle? possible less power RWHP loss?

Obviously less weight in the rotating assembly robs less horsepower.

Driveshaft isnt part of the rotating assembly. Maybe your definition of rotating assembly is different then mine.

Rotating assembly generally refers to the bottom end of the engine. A driveshaft is a rotating item that its weight will effect the RWHP.

They have pretty strict inspections over there, if it cant pass one, it wont be on the road anyways.

I was talking about the autobahn today, wishing our highways were like that, but they enforce the lane's much better over there. Here you could have a 10 lane interstate with a speed limit of 500mph, and some dumb *** would be in the fast lane doing 63mph.

Yes us americans or should i say the average joes dont have a clue how to drive. then they want to blame us young drivers for being shitty drivers. a lot of rear end collisions could be prevented if people moved over to the right lane.
