Drill pump? Ramps? Super long skinny arms? Fix your jack? Borrow a jack? Take off the radiator cap and flip the car over?

Siphon a couple gallons out of your radiator through the fill cap.

I am going to do this next time I need to do something that requires draining coolant. Seems like it would make the job far less sloppy.

Try sqeezeing the radiator hoses and see if that helps moving the air out.

215 degrees is perfectly normal. The stock fans aren't even programmed to come on until 227 degrees.

Just an FYI removing the heads means nothing for the cam. To remove the heads all you need to remove is the intake manifold and a few small accessories. To further remove the cam you need to disassemble the entire front of the motor and remove the radiator/a/c condenser, among other things.

For cam selection, try a search. There's an infinite amount of info available.

Now that's a damn shame. Always sad to hear an F-Body's down. But at least you now know the problem.
