Default LT4 valve covers and OTVC kit???

I did a search but nothing really helpful came up. So can an otcv plug wire kit work with the composite valve covers? If so what does a guy need to make them work together. Thanks guys!

Thanks popo. I bought the kit from CC Performance parts. I wanted to know if that kit will work with the LT4 valve cover washers and such.

Post a link so we can check it out. Not sure why you think it wont work, its all in you routing it correctly. And having the center bolt wire holders to route them. Good luck and post a picture when your done

Im not worried about the routing of the wires or anything like that. I just wanted to make sure the LT4 bolts and washers will work with the brackets and they wont leak or anything like that. Here is the kit http://www.mcssl.com/store/cc-perfor...0349ca0572b4d3

When I did my otv, I had to take my lt4 cover off. The lt4 bolt head is a lot larger and seals against an o ring. I had to put my stock steel covers back on.

I have the OTVC wire guides on my LT1 composite valve covers with no issue. I had to use a stainless fender washer between the rubber grommet and the made4you products looms. Works fine.

There are otvc brackets that bolts to the side of the head instead of the valve covers...

Why cover them up ? Pull them in close to the block from underneath using zip ties and plastic shielding. You can't even see my wires.

Thank you! Thats exactly what I was thinking about doing. I got the OTVC kit last night an was kinda mocking it up seeing what will work. That was my conclusion was to use a stainless washer to help seal those rubber gaskets.
