Default heater line delete

I've got a leak on the heater line that goes to the fire wall not the return line. So i was wondering if there is a way to delete the fittings on water pump and if so what size fittings do i need? I live in central Texas so I'm not really worried about it getting to cold. Thanks

Lol I didn't even think of that you don't happen to know what size hose that is?

Just cut the bottom hose as far as possible from the waterpump and loop it up top, then clamp the hell out of it with a hose clamp. IMO this is a cheap NOT long term solution, I did it because I was in a hurry and the waterpump was already on the car. If the waterpump is off the car, go to an autoparts store and find the right size brass freeze plug, and pull out the hose tubes out of the waterpump and hammer in the freeze plugs. Do a search and youll find people who have done it. The other option is to have someone weld in a little circle, sand it, then paint the whole waterpump and it will look like it was never there.

I put 2 freeze plugs in my water pump. I think they were 1/2" then I used a pipe plug in the 3rd hole. No more lines expect for the rad inlet and outlet!
