Get the sims or a tune. It's better than constantly replacing rear O2's because all of the brands tend to crap out pretty regularly.
And before I get some internet warriors in here telling me that they have had X and it works perfectly for X amount of miles - I don't care. It's a quick and simple fix for a problem that persists with the rears and I have seen plenty of cars/threads to this effect.

have you been to the shop on base? they probably have a code grabber there you can use or know someone on base who does, or find a place that does the free scan off base.
