Thinking of possibly upgrading from 30lb to 42lb injectors for my 383. Need to know what vehicles run 42's stock, that would fit my LT1 that I could find in a junk yard. Year, makes and model please. Thanks.

Lightning Pickups are the only thing I know that came with stock 42#s, but good luck finding one in a junkyard.

The only vehicles with injectors that big stock are going to be boosted ones, which you don't see many in junkyards.

Cobras had big injectors as well, 39#s IIRC, but the connectors are not the same.

What about using stock GTP injectors? I think they're something like 36lbs.

I am using Bosch/SVO 42 lb injectors and they work great for me. Same connector, just needs an updated tune.
