I know you said the setup ran before but did you keep the same sized injectors that are in the tune?

Also do you have constant spark?

Yes, the fuel pressure regulator would stick closed causing the fuel pressure to build to 85+ psi and it was blowing past the injectors. New FPR and plugs fixed it.
