Default 96 LT1 newly installed cc503

I just got my cc503 cam swap done in my 96 m6. I cranks up fine and idles and rev perfect but whenever I drive it stalls out or when I'm slowing down.
It just suddenly dies with no stumble or nothing.

any Ideas what It could be

I found a tune online that got the car idling and emailed Soloman and waiting to here back maybe he has a tune for a 503.

its really weird idles and revs awesome, but stopping and turning kill the car fast, but it almost didnt want to start back a few times, maybe it's the ICM getting to hot.

It's your optispark! After all, it isn't like a cam swap changes how much fuel and air the engine gets...

P.S. In case you didn't get the sarcasm, get a freaking tune before you try to drive or start it again before you fck your engine.

yeah I changed a few things around today and still no luck its a little better since I changed the ICM, Only stall once on the way to fill up the tank and see if that would help.

But i did see something that worried me, I was getting maybe 20psi oil pressure at about 2k rpms when I was driving.

and guess I will have to wait for soloman. I emailed him Thursday, and hope i hear from him tomorrow or Tuesday.

this is it idling.

checked for vacuum leaks and didnt find anything. and changed the battery with a duralast gold out of my f250. and checked my grounds.

A good idea to see what's going on with a wideband. You can drive it just fine as long as you keep your foot out of it until you can make sure the tune is good.

That's not a real good sign if that pressure is lower than it was before the swap. Multitudes of cam swaps have ended with bad oil pressure.

I dont have access to a wideband atm, and the motor just had a full rebuild oil pan to intake, all new bearings, gaskets, high volume oil pump everything. I thinking maybe with all the new paint something somewhere isnt getting a good ground.

I had the same issue with mine after the install. After a dynotune with Bryan from pcmforless it's ran perfect for the past 10k miles.

Having the same problem. It's my tune. Too lean on my car. Warms up and stalls out. I just got the Moates kit and I'm going to try to richen the MAF tables this weekend.

Solomon has tons of emails and tunes to work on everyday. So i would just be patient and stop rushing into things before you hurt something.

Is you Throttle body stock?
Who installed camshaft?
Who checked pushrod length?
