If its turning over, why are you bringing the starter to get checked?

You need to isolate the problem to either fuel or spark at this point. Check for both and then go from there.

If you did the pump recently I would start there. If the engine is turning over check for spark and fuel first.

Hook up a pressure gauge to the fuel rail's Schrader valve. You should turn the key forward to the on position but not trying to start the motor. You should read ~42psi on the gauge. If you aren't, then I would double check all of your work with the fuel pump replacement job you did.

The most likely problem is something you did to "fix" it....don't ask how I know this lol. I had the same issue for several miles of driving with the gas gauge when I did the racetronix fuel pump/hotwire kit. Now, my gas gauge only works between 1/2 tank and full If it says half tank you are out of gas! The racetronix hotwire kit has a fuse in it that apparently is pretty easy to blow causing no fuel/no start .....took a bit of troubleshooting to figure that out. Try pulling the quick connect fuel line out of the filter and see if the pump is doing anything....maybe you didn't wire something right.
