My new motor idles a bit high..ideas? Pro's come on in?

Causes blm issues.. Causes iac to close , front cylinders to get more air than the rest.. As I understand it..

The IAC is distributed by the same circuit as the EGR to each intake port from a plenum on the underside of the intake. Aftermarket TBs so not have the IAC bleed hole drilled atall and most of them seem to not even seal the IAC to the IAC distribution circuit.

As said opening the blades or leaving the IAC circuit unsealed from the TB to manifold lets the front cylinders take more air than the rear get.
