Stall for 355 w/ LT4 Hotcam

I wanted to inquire what would be best stall for torque converter on 355 w LT4 hotcam kit. I'd be running more on street than track, would occassionally go to track. If i'm not mistaking LT4 hotcam requires a 2500+ stall. Would 3600 stall be too much considering the car would get minimal track exposer? Tranny in car is a mildly built 4l60e, tranny will be build to handle about 500hp, but I'm only making 370 rwhp and have no plans to go any further at the moment, but thats always subject to change...But I'll deal with that when I cross that road. All input is greatly appreciated, thanks.
Oh yeah 3.73 gears in rear...

Sorry if I'm coming in here too late.
Reading through the responses, it's classic how the recommondations sound so adamant when they're based on ONE converter brand of a certain stall rating.
From my experience with Edge's, Vig's, and Yank's, and a few other brands, there is NO similarity at all between a Yank SS3600 and a Vig or Edge 3600. I've never tried a Circle D so can't speak for that one.
A Yank SS3600 is the sweet spot for street/strip compromise in a Hotcammed LT1.
If you go with Edge, limit it to 3200.
With Vig, limit it to about 3300.
And neither of those will be as efficient and mph as well as the Yank.
And no, I do not run a Yank converter in my current setup, which is more strip oriented than street.
