Default McLeod T56 bellhousing, ground clearance issues?

Just got my McLeod bellhousing installed onto my engine which is currently removed from the vehicle but mounted on the stock K-member. Looks like the bellhousing hangs significantly lower than the oil pan and possibly even the k-member. Has anyone run into ground clearance issues when running this? It looks like it might be the lowest point on the car even taking long tube headers into consideration which concerns me considering my car is lowered and the roads suck around here. Anyone had any problems with it?

Mines no lower than my headers, no clearance issues at all.
