I plan on going up to a 1,600cfm Cobra TB
Ellis I have thought about going to a bigger TB on my new 2.9 whipple build, if you do let me know how difficult it is, I have heard they don't have an IAC passage??

In fact I believe some companys make even bigger CFM TB's, the new Whipple COPO camaro has a HUGE oval TB, it would have to be converted to cable though.

Just saying if you do something let me know

Tony, color me impressed. Make that stunned How much does your car weigh? We have a 73 with a 600 inch Ford running 8.17 in Tucson w/ no power adders. It's light, about 2200 pounds sans driver. Won the quick 8 at the last Pinks All Out 11/20/10 in Phoenix. If you watch Pinks you've see the car. Was on Pass Time too. Has a big Blue Oval on the hood scoop. Getting something that quick to run consistent is the real problem.

Al 73 Z28, 489 inch BBC, 9.01 so far. 95 Z28 12.17 with bolt on's.
