Default Is a 95 formula obd1 or obd2?

a friend of mine has a 95 formula and it has a obd2 connector. I thought it was a obd1 car? And if it is a obd1 how would I scan it? I have a autoxray and autotap. the autoxray is obd1 the autotap is obd2. Thanks for any help.

Some OBI 95's have OBDII connectors. That is the way my 95 Formula came.

I am using a cable from AKM Electronics for my LT1-Edit. No idea if an OBI cable is any different from an OBII cable other than the plug. But I suspect they are the same.
