I plan on going 24x this winter. 226/234 11.5:1 build that put down 373rwhp with the stock PCM. I really doubt I'll pick up any peak power. Going by ear, it seems like full throttle on my car is pretty dead nuts dialed in. Cruising RPM could use some help though, I know my mixture and spark is off there and I just havent been motivated to fix it with my 24x part pile steadily growing In probably going to try to replicate most of the tables from the OBD1 PCM for my baseline tune and see how far off it really is.

twin 72mm turbos, 383, 210 afr heads, fic 2000, th400 and 9" just had a dyno and put 650 rwhp on 15 psi and same on 24 psi i blew right threw the converter. so i ordered a yank eliminator 3400 so we will see what else its hidding

who made there own wires? Did you use the msd crimpers or is there a cheaper pair out there, cant see spending $150 on a one time use tool.

i made my own 8mm msd wire. there were a kinda hard to do. but i used a tool that look like this

yup those were msd's crimpers, looks like i'm going to have to ask around to see if anyone has a set i could use for a day. wonder how much a shop would charge to crimp them?

Just get yourself a spark plug wire crimper and do it yourself man, they are easy to do.

I bought and used the MSD crimpers for my setup and they were Great! They made making wires so much easier and cleaner.

been on ebay most are the same price if i bout new, and the "off" brands dont go up to 8.5mm going to craigs list to then good old google lol wonder if harbor freight sells em'
