Default Should I clean my injectors?

Well after getting the block back from the machine shop finding the problem with the pistons and the oil rings. Anyways after this car sitting for the better part of 4 years. It maybe has 750 miles in those years. Would you send the injectors off for a clean and flow test. Car is a bolt on cc503 with stock 157k injectors. It would be $160 or $20 an injector. Worth the money or just throw them back in and go?

I would find someone on here getting rid of a stock set. They're everywhere, usually. That price is pretty ridiculous to be honest though.

Last thing I need is another set of injectors. I have my first set and an unknown miles set I got off a junk yard motor. Looks like just slap them back in and go.

Either way I would take them and flow them. I have found some serious engine destroying surprises on the Injector bench

There ya go. Most bench top cleaners also flow test, and they can see the spray pattern also. I have my race car injectors done each winter. I can't imagine buying an unknown (to me) set of used injectors. What makes another set of used injectors perfect?

Well sent the injectors off. Took them out of the rail and the filters were clogged and black. So was just going to check flow but decided to get them cleaned. Wont hurt. Should see before and after flow rates.

Well injectors got tested. They were clogged up bad.

60% duty cycle 20% difference
70% duty cycle 12% difference
80% duty cycle 11% difference
90% duty cycle 10% difference
100% duty cycle 8.9% difference

Needless to say they needed a good clean.

$160 plus shipping up to them. So about $20 an injector.
