Default 96 OBDII Tuning Software

From my research it looks like my only options for LT1 OBDII tuning software is:

LT1Edit:
http://carputing.tripod.com/9697lt1edit.htm
$450

TunerCats:
http://www.jetchip.com/shop/shopdisp...sppp=10&vall=1
Part #: 14005
$499.99

Is this correct?

My car has already been tuned by a professional. I would like to download a copy of the tune and start learning. Maybe one day if i get good enough, start doing some minor tuning myself.

The guy that put the tune on it now used LT1Edit.

Someone had said they thought Tunercat was able to sell the OBD2 software direct so I contacted Tunercat and unfortunately you have to buy it from someone else.

Jet for the standard Program.
Craig Moates can sell a real time tuning version and then another place sells the unlimited number of vehicles professional version.

The real time is the roadrunner right? I do not want the road runner. All i see that i gain is that i can tune the car in real time and it is $600. Not worth it to me.

feel free to correct me if i am wrong about the road runner.

I am most likely going to buy this one. Best deal i can find.

jet offers a demo, load a tune and see what its like if i remember correctly, i personally bought the jet for obdII it was nice to be able to download my tune but it is also a lot more confusing then what i thought it would be.... still pretty simple if your familiar on what to look for unlike me. also had some connectivitey issues, had to send my pcm off the mad to get it fixed and just paid him to tune it also
