Scored Cam? Removed this cam from my lt1 and did a cam swap from what i see is that it looks like maybe the lifters were too tight at one point. Or would this be considered normal wear and tear? I do want to sell this cam, but dont want to sell crap..so please give me your .02 cents.
How long has that cam been installed?
If you can feel/grab any edges with your fingernail then the cam is toast. Honestly it looks like normal wear and tear as the stock 100k cam that came out of my car looked like that as well.

This. The mirror finish is good, the scuff mark on that lobe is bad. I would definitely check that lifter out.

That's what I thought and I check all the lifters cleaned em out too I didn't see anything wrong with. Them that's why I'm thinking maybe te valves were too tight, it was on every lobe not just the ones you see
