I hate to say it but you're being stubborn. Everyone here is telling you that the headers you bought will rust - there is simply no way getting around it other than buying a stainless header. You're asking for help and are refusing to take any advice.

Of course EM is going to tell you their coating will prevent rust - they're trying to sell you a product! It simply isn't true. I have had ceramic coated Hookers, MACs, AND Pacesetters, and all of them eventually rusted, some more quickly than others. I currently have a set of LPPs I installed in April of 2009 and guess what? NO RUST.

What I said about the coating on the inside was geared towards a purposefully engineered anti-rust coating NOT the generic ceramic coating. I am well aware most companies coat the headers both inside and out.
