Amazing. Over 60 on start up did the normal drop to right under 40 after warming up idling.

Sounds like a spark plug wire firing to metal, or a loose spark-plug, or an exhaust leak.

^thats what I'm talking about. Ill re check all plugs and wires and get someone to watch the oil pressure.

maybe a loose plug..i hope...just sounds bad on the video

Things are looking promising!!!! Thanks WS SICK
I found 2/3 spots where wires might have been touching the headers and even one wire not on all the way. All the plugs were tight. After about 20 minutes I firebird it up again and after figuring out my maf came free from the air intake it ran fine. Let it run for 4 minutes the knock never came back at all. Oil pressure remained at 60. Happy thoughts here

I will agree that it sounded horrible and my heart sank yesterday, always pays to check the simple stuff. Didn't even have to replace the wire set.
