rotella 10w30 or mobile 1 10w30 would the rotella 10w30 be better for my car than mobil 1 same weight. my car is 383 le cam, heads,intake .. would the hdeo oil (rotella) be better because of high spring rates

bobistheoilguy.com has tons of info....its like a new world when you go to that site. I personally like the site, you can see peoples used oil analysis. The info you find on that site can definetly give you some peace of mind as to what oils actually do what they say they do.
The best way in your situation is to run them both for about 2000 miles...and send in a UOA. My bet would be in your case either one would be fine. They come with different additives, but in the end they can acheive the same wear numbers. You can find the oils you are looking at and see other peoples results but of course they wont be your engine so dont live by them, but most of the time other good info is given about the oils as to why they are better/worse then another.
