Tuning a Bone Stock LT1
Would there be any advantages of tuning my bone stock LT1? Stock manifolds, computer, O2 sensors.
Whats relatively new is the plugs, opti, wires, ICM, gutted out Cat, water pump.
Since that is a tune up would tuning the computer have any advantages or is it just a waste of time and not needed?
I think my injectors are going out and fuel pressure might be alittle off. Seems to lose power up top on the RPM range.

Your money is probably better spent buying a nice free flowing muffler and having a local shop weld up their own cat-back. Have a nice new tone and a few better MPG's assuming your foot doesn't get heavier
Every car can use a tune IMO. The factory optimizes power with strict emission control, while leaving a fair amount of fuel economy and power on the table.
And it is definitely worth paying someone to do it if you have no idea what your doing. A rebuild is a lot more expensive than letting someone that knows what they are doing do it.
