I just bought a 94 lt1 camaro yesterday with a full exhaust hooker long tubes and slp loudmouth 1 with k&n cold air. The guy said the motor was redone it has a small cam and and bored .30 over. Any suggestions. I want to tune it but what mods should i do?

you need to know more if you expect anyone to be able to tune it easily.

I agree with spraying it!! But you could also change gear ratio and stall. This will really wake her up especially if you have the really high 2.73 stock gears still. My 95 formula doesn't have much motor wise but has a nice torque converter and 3.73 gears and runs like a scalded demon!!!

Just realized the 6 spd prob has the lower 3.42 but just going up a little really helps

With a 6spd. 4.10s are the way to go. You have a double overdrive with the top one being .50, soaks up the 4.10s wonderfully and makes 6th MUCH more usable especially once you have internal engine mods like a cam and such

Specs on cam?

I never understood how someone could buy any car or motor without getting a FULL spec sheet, and understanding those specs before putting down cash. For all we know it was built by a small block guy and he dropped compression to a "street friendly" 10:1 and used heavy *** pistons.
