Default New exhaust

I thought some LT1 guys might appreciate a 2otl system. Got the new exhaust on and I love it. It's a lot quieter, but that's what I wanted as I was over the annoying loud slp loudmouth. I still have a cutout for when I want to be loud though.

Sound clip

Is it brand new? Where did you find it? I almost bought a new 2OTL off of EBay several years ago when I was looking for exhausts, but the guy wanted more than I was willing to pay, and I'm just not a big fan of the appearance. I think they sound very good, but I've never heard one in person.

No I bought it used in the for sale section here on tech. I wet sanded and polished it to bring it back to life. I love how it sounds and I don't know why, but I think it looks cool too. Most people don't like it, but those who know what it is seem to.

Hey, just curious, what sort of mileage did you get out of those Nitto DR's? I ask because I also have 17x11 wheels and have been thinking of upgrading to a DR instead of the Sumitomo's I'm running now....my Sumi's are nearly slick with about 5K miles of street driving with new 383 abusing them

I'm a bit scared I might blow up the 10 bolt with the DR's however...only one way to find out

The mileage I couldn't tell you, but not bad for how many smokey burnouts I've done on them. I put them on in September of '10, but I don't daily the car. If you're only getting 5k from Sumi's, you might as well get some Nitto's. These are known for better wear than most DR's.

SLP 2OTL (2 on the left). It came on '96 & '97 SS Camaro's and Formula's I believe. It's getting hard to find anymore.

I love your TOTL, man! To my eyes, it just looks classy and purposeful.

I've got a similar setup on my Camaro, though mine is custom-fabbed from a Magnaflow muffler and dual resonated tips. Like you, I also got more than enough of my SLP LM1.

Nice job!
