so with it being corrupted will the car still run fine just as mine and is the computer not receiving the signal back and that's why it threw the codes? i just checked the o2s at the computers pigtail with my powerprob 3 and they are working as well as all the grounds and PCM power feeds all reading 13 or 13.5 volts so where one of the codes that was flagged said the PCM over 17.7 volts so right now im stumped have checked almost everything electrical wise. i wanted to sort this out because im not a person who through money at buying parts that are not faulty. So new PCM you think?

Has the PCM just recently been flashed? If so you might try that first could be a corrupted calibration.
The O2 deal could (probably is) be a car (or tuning if the engine is mofified) issue. Trying to check grounds with a powerprobe or ohm meter is a waste of time. One strand of wire will check OK like that, but won't carry enough current to function properly. Load testing for voltage drop from the PCM to the battery negative terminal is the only valid test for grounds.

i bough the car like that and i wonder if someone jumped started it backwards causing reverse polarity causing a spike and frying the pcm? possible i have heard this before with other cars.
