front bumper sagging Camaro

Missing brackets. Any one know a good fix. The salvage didn't want to part away from them

Hahaha it's a totally dry heat out here. I actually went last week and found the complete back window trim mint condition... $8. I also had the chance to pull a complete lt1 motor intake to oil pan. Just didn't have the time or all the tools.
