I would too! But all im saying I dont want to set a minimum goal too high and be pissed off if I do not reach it. I barely spent $600 on the turbo setup. So im all over here!

You know what, I kinda said the same thing...............But me being a newb about LT/LS motors I could do nothing but take advice and use common sense. Their are certain people who just take a huge on any of your ideas. But I took the good with the bad and came up with my combo. Their are things I would change but I know people on here with worst builds that end up preforming pretty good so I hope mine preform a little bit better!

All this talk about compression ratio and no one mentioned Dynamic Compression Ratio?
Yes you can find the Static Compression Ratio SCR, but the "working" or DCR will be different depending on the cam in the car.
Isn't it possible that the OP's SCR is one thing, but his DCR is even less?

A 383 with that size turbo running 10 pounds on E85 I would expect mid 500s to low 600s as far as output. Boost somewhere in the range of 15 pounds would probably yield high 600s. This assumes the rest of the combo is solid and all supporting hardware is there.
