Default 150 shot on stock fuel pump

Is anybody running a 150 wet shot on a stock fuel pump? It seems like my car is loving the 100 shot and I wanted to ask around if anybody is doing it with there stock fuel pump.

I think it's possible, but keep in mind how big of a chance your taking... I would just upgrade the fuel pump.

I wouldn't worry about the fuel pump. I've heard many times without variation that 150 shot is too big for stock pistons. I would personally go with a 125. Better ask someone you trust though because that's only my preference.

Run a fuel presure saftey switch and you'll be fine. Eventualy upgrade to like a walbro 340 or even a 255 and you'll be good to go.

That's just asking for a dead motor. I would only run wet above 100.

I run a 150 wet on stock fuel pump and stock internals. My motor has 210k on it also. rear end and tranny all had that many miles on them also.

You'll be fine. I run a 150 shot with stock fuel pump, rails, injectors, and have 80k on the car. No problems so far... However, I do recommend that you get a timing retard controller before popping the 150. Oh, and you best have the colder plugs, like NGK TR6's or you might be picking up pieces of your engine along the roadway...

I have been doing it with a TnT kit for well over a year and I spray often.
