No, the LE stuff does not include push rods nor lifters. If your lifters are good you can reuse them, push rods are pretty cheap so you can buy a new set of them once you measure the push rod length you will need. As stated before both LE and AI are great places to get your heads from it's just up to you who you want to choose. As for your third question, he means to get your stock rods reconditioned and have new rod bolts installed ARP is the brand of the rod bolt company.

Timing gears and chain are cheap on rockauto, pushrods need to be measured after heads and cam are in, you'll want NSA rockers with hardened guideplates and pushrods, some 7/16 arp rocker studs, don't need arp for main or head bolts, just reuse yours if that are not tty, or a new set from rockauto or gm, unless you fear lifting the heads with alot of nitrous. Reuse the stock lifters if they are ok, there's been way more ls7 lifter failures than reusing stock.

So heres what im almost certain on. Im going to go with the AI 200c kit H/C kit with cam grind Ai 238 / 244 - .599" / .599" - 108 LSA. For the bottom end im going to be keeping my stock crank but going with either scat or eagle rods. was looking at these. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sc...make/chevrolet. also forged pistons but wasn't sure if Mahle pistons were worth the money or if there are others that produce high quality pistons with less of a price tag. so far so good? also in the case that id have to bore to a 355 what changes would have to be made? just the pistons correct? Also id like to thank everyone for the help couldn't do this without you guys my head would still be spinning.

I wouldn't put that much cam duration into a 355 held to the pcm's 7000ish rpm limit. I use their cam about 10 degrees smaller and it peaks about 6400 and makes good power too 7000 at least.

The scat pro comp I beams will be fine with the 7/16 caps. Cheaper too, and lighter.

Assuming this is your cam Ai 228 / 234 - .614" / .614" - 108 LSA is this going to be my best choice for good street drive ability?

Ok Ill stick with I beams then. Mahle pistons were suggested but was wondering if those were the best option for my build?
