94 lt1 swaped to 97 lt1 and running problems

94 lt1 swaped to 97 lt1 and running problems
To make a long story short I swaped a motor from a 94 to a 97 z28, it cracked and I drove it for a few hundred miles then it was time for inspection and it failed, so I then changed everything needed to make it pass which is: tps, cps, egr sensor, timing chain, timing chain cover, cam dowl pin, opti and distributor, crank key and hub, coil, and starter. OK and now it wont run right at all. Dumping alot of fuel, and hard starting and won't idle.
Car has cc306, ported runners and heads, 1.6rr, 52mm tb, long tube headers, msd opti and distributor, msd coil, ewp, 8.5 Taylor wires, blah blah blah.
